By booking yourself or your child, or your invitee(s)/guest(s) in to a session with My Friendly Planet you are agreeing to these terms and conditions:

I am the parent, legal guardian/custodian, or an individual vested with the ability to enroll this child AND can agree to the following terms and conditions on behalf of myself and the Child, and my invitee(s)/guest(s).

I agree that I will not hold My Friendly Planet or any My Friendly Planet volunteer/freelancer/employee liable for any personal injury, property damage or loss of insurance AND agree to release and hold harmless My Friendly Planet and their volunteers/freelancers/employees from all liability incurred as a result of Myself, the Child, or Person Associated’s participation in any My Friendly Planet event and that these terms serve as a release for myself, volunteers, property owners and members of my family.

My Friendly Planet takes precautions to reduce the risk and provide safe, healthy, and enjoyable experiences. I must declare any Allergies that maybe life threatnening to support My Friendly Planet in working safely with yourself and your child. I warrant that the Child is able to follow directions for all activities in any My Friendly Planet event and is able and willing to participate – any behavioural or learning difficulties must be conveyed to us prior to a class, and we reserve the right to refuse participation if behaviour is or becomes unsafe or unworkable. I acknowledge that risks from participation in My Friendly Planet activities exist and that I have allowed the Child to participate knowing these risks and their possible consequences including personal injury or death.

I understand that My Friendly Planet is a growing business which endeavours to bring enjoyment through art and to as many participants as possible. As such, My Friendly Planet may create promotional materials to be distributed in hard copy, on the internet or My Friendly Planet’s website, or through other electronic forms such as, but not limited to, email and social media. I hereby agree to allow My Friendly Planet to take photographs of Myself and/or the Child and to use these photos for such promotional purposes. We tend to leave faces out of photos – if you do not want your child to appear in photographs please let us know. To ensure this My Friendly Planet requires you to complete the forms provided on My Friendly Planet’s website.

MATERIALS

My Friendly Planet art classes, clubs, workshops or sessions usually fee includes material and equipment unless specified – including but not limited to paints, glues, pastels, chalk pastels, pencils, wood, plaster, tools, fiber (wool/fabric/papers), wax, plastic bags, dyes, clay, plaster, drawing and sculpting in nature, summer art camps, and playing outdoor games. Some materials such as sketchbbok, box of pencils, canvasses may require an additional charge this should be paid by cash on collection.

There are no extra material charges for party group workshops. All costs are included in the session fees. Unless, event photos.

ATTENDANCE

If you are not able to attend an art class, club, workshop or session, we cannot allow you to come along to another scheduled session, only if you have notified us 48 hrs prior to your booked art class, workshop or session for ‘regulars’, and 14 days for ‘group bookings’- this must be arranged in advance.

Sorry, we are not able to refund art class, club, workshop or sessions which are missed. Party deposits are non refundable and once the balance is paid, party fees are non-refundable.

DEPOSITS

To keep things simple, we ask that you pay the full amount (inc of deposit) or a deposit to secure your place on our art class, workshop, sessions-courses or parties.

All deposits are non-refundable, so please ensure that you can attend the course OR workshop before you book. This includes, Party deposits qwhich are non refundable and once the balance is paid, party fees are non-refundable.

CANCELLATION

Please, ensure that you can attend the course before you book. Please contact us as soon as possible if your group or any member of your group cannot attend.

REFUNDS

If you paid in full you will be refunded (except any deposit) as long as the cancellation is made no later than 48 hours for regulars and 14 days before the group course or workshop start date.
