MATERIALS 

Art classes, workshops or sessions usually fee includes material and equipment unless specified. Some materials such as sketchbbok, box of pencils, canvasses may require an additional charge this should be paid by cash on collection.

There are no extra material charges for group workshops. All costs are included in the session fees.

ATTENDANCE

If you are not able to attend an art class, workshop or session, we cannot allow you to come along to another scheduled session, only if you have notified us 48 hrs prior to your booked art class, workshop or session for ‘regulars’, and 14 days for ‘group bookings’- this must be arranged in advance.

Sorry, we are not able to refund art class, workshop or sessions which are missed. 

DEPOSITS

To keep things simple, we ask that you pay the full amount (inc of deposit) or a deposit to secure your place on our courses.

All deposits are non-refundable, so please ensure that you can attend the course before you book.

CANCELLATION

Please, ensure that you can attend the course before you book. Please contact us as soon as possible if your group or any member of your group cannot attend. 

REFUNDS

If you paid in full you will be refunded (except any deposit) as long as the cancellation is made no later than 48 hours for regulars and 14 days before the group course or workshop start date.
